Welcome to the website of Soda City Painting (legally registered as Soda City Colors, LLC). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or hiring us for painting services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Soda City Painting provides residential and light commercial painting services in and around Lexington, Columbia, Chapin, and other surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Interior Painting
• Exterior Painting
• Sheetrock Repair
• Related Home Improvement Work

All services are subject to scheduling availability and acceptance of a written estimate or proposal. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Soda City Painting are free and non-binding until formally accepted by both parties in writing. Pricing is based on scope, materials, labor, and current market conditions.

Price Adjustments

Final costs may vary if the project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise. We will communicate any adjustments before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We aim to begin and complete projects as scheduled, but delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen issues.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Warranties

We proudly offer the following warranties:

• 5-year conditional labor warranty
• Lifetime warranty on all paints (as provided by the manufacturer)
• 55+ year warranty on caulking used (manufacturer-backed)

Exclusions

Warranty terms are subject to proper maintenance and do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or repairs performed by others.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept checks, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Soda City Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Total Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Soda City Painting or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
